For a period of 10 days after the Delivery Date, the Software shall operate according to the Specifications. If the Software malfunctions or in any way does not operate according to the Specifications within that time, then the Developer shall take any reasonably necessary steps to fix the issue and ensure the Software operates according to the Specifications. If the same issue continue then ShubhiTech will then give a full refund.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

ShubhiTech will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

We are unable to issue a refund without application requested via mail and ShubhiTech developers approved to refund. Also the software will not violate the intellectual property rights of any other party.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that a software is returned to us in an unsuitable condition. All codes will be inspected on return.
